I don't hate this game as much as everyone else seems to, but it is very weak compared to previous entries, and now with Crossworlds in the mix, I just can't recommend this game at all. Not over Crossworlds, or especially, the All-Stars Racing games. The biggest reason I have for that is the team racing gimmick. I've never liked teams in racing games, and this game doesn't do it any better than any other racing game out there. I think the course design, graphics, and sountrack are amazing, but outside of those aspects there's just not a lot to redeem it. The story is lackluster, the mission design is very repetitive and overall unfun to the point where I couldn't force myself to finish it (believe me, I tried). Not to mention the online mode is dead, probably because no one likes the game. When I do play it, I just stick to single races where I can turn teams off and play races as they were meant to be played.

In short, this game isn't great, and pretty much every other Sonic Racing game will suit you 10x better than this one ever could.

I bought this game while it was on sale, but if I had to buy it at full price knowing how good it is now, I totally would. Aside from the fact that my PC has trouble running the game at times, it's pretty good. I'm normally into open-world games rather than games like this, but this game does everything so well. The story is great, and I like the fact that no matter what ends up happening, the story continues off those events. Even my little brother loved the game, and he's not usually one to enjoy playing games like this. I will play this game as many times as it takes to see all the possible outcomes in each chapter.

This is a really good game. Buggy at times, but very fun to play and make maps for. I have made 3 maps for Golf it! with another on the way, and I enjoyed making all of them, even if not all of them turned out great. Highly recommended

I really do love this game, and if you knew me personally, you wouldn't expect me to like a game like this, that shows how good it is! I do have one complaint though: I like to use my controller with it. However, every once in a while the wire accidentally gets tugged a bit and it disconnects for about half a second, not long enough to have a major effect, and it isn't that common, luckily, at least in every other controller-supported game. With this game however, whenever it happens, the controller switches to player two. This doesn't make any sense to me at all, considering it doesn't have a split-screen multi-player option for two players to even work. None of my other games do this, it just connects right back as player one, even games that DO have split-screen multiplayer options.
Edit: I should also mention that it will switch back to player one if I completely close out of the game, reconnect the controller (wired) and log back into the game.
