It's 2k22 with meaningful improvements to a few modes. MyGM got a massive update that made the mode much more fleshed out. Universe mode got an update to the rivalry system that makes rivalries much more unique., Overall if you enjoyed 2k22, you'll like this one.

REVIEW UPDATED FOR PATCH 3.20 THE FORBIDDEN SANCTUM

After the disaster that was 3.19, 3.20 had a lot to make up for, however GGG seems to have done it and fixed most of the issues from that league. The game is much more fun now, loot is more consistent. Overall would recommend the current state of the game

It's a good game, much better if you play with mods. Story is lacking but quest mods exist, gun play is really good and I enjoy the crafting system.
8/10 if you want story play New Vegas
