I am banned from playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Back in the day, I used to play in Gaming Cafe,
And one of the PC I used to play had some cheats installed, they were not running, but they were present in the PC, and I got an instant ban.
I suppose the person who played before I entered used them or someone just installed them to ruin everyone's account.
I did contact steam, they said, It's my responsibility to play only on trusted systems and they won't lift my ban.
