572.xx Has the issue, those drivers are more bugged than the recent ones, 572 cause black screen issues, I managed to play Enshrouded for a good few hours without crashing on the new drivers.

that's probably where your black screens and crashes come in ,,,another one is drivers , ive had to go back to 572.83 because of same prob with latest, also the optimised version in Nvidia app is way out
