I have always disliked when games remove sub quests if you complete a certain main quest. it's not even that, its the fact that stalker doesn't even tell you that if you do this mission it will cause certain side objectives to be unavailable.

Honestly it's been hard to find a game that is actually good in today's game market and this is definitely one of the good ones.
