I think I remember now. Stefano's models/ragdolls aren't actually bonemerge compatible. I was thinking about this addon I loaded that has the bones.

I used a different dedicated playermodel of Duke Nukem from back in the day. as for the weapons, I just used PAC3 for the third person models

how did you manage to use Stefano's Duke as a playermodel with bonemerge? i've followed a tutorial from 10 months ago but my Duke is T-Posing
