This is stated as someone who bought the supporter edition and followed the development from the first trailer. Who played the closed access version on one of my friend's accounts several years ago, and finally clocked a couple hundred hours into the game once it was released in early access.

The game is beautiful, amazing world building, and dark themes that are seldom covered in this medium if at all. Details so meticulous it's impossible to find them all on your own. The story behind it, as well as the hidden one are fantastic, the customization, AI, level design, audio cues and music are S tier.

Such a beautiful game that until very recently didn't hold back in it's depiction of what it's trying to showcase, but now the developers have decided that greed and game sales on console are far more important to them than the sanctity of their product. Censorship, the watering down of a product that in the past has been touted as unforgiving in it's depiction and themes as a selling point.

I never thought I'd be writing a negative review for this game, but I do not support censorship. Especially for reasons of greed.

Great game, amazing gameplay. Fix this PSN debacle and this negative review will be reverted.

Edit: The game is good. Buy it, they fixed the PSN thing.

Edit II: After many weeks of poor balancing we're on the up and up. Don't mind those "The game's not hard enough" losers. I haven't had as much fun in this game since launch. Keep it up with the buffs.

I love this game, it is special to me for reasons I will not go into, but it's atmosphere, music and gameplay are some of the best in the series.

Very underrated.


Best played on Legendary for most immersion, you're not a super-soldier in this one, Bucko.
