Perfomance is pretty bad but they already released updates 1 day and 2 days after release, so it'll for sure improve.

Otherwise, one of a kind game beyond any logical comparison.

It's alright. Not the greatness we wanted, but it's serviceable. $70 is rather steep.

And the campaign isn't bad, but it isn't good, which sucks considering BF usually has great ones.

A solid 7/10. Could be better (BF3/4), could be worse (BF2042.)

Edit: After sitting on it for a while and seeing the updates, 5/10... campaign was so boring I genuinely don't remember a moment outside the first sequence. Plus console players get to turn off cross-play, but we don't. I hate console players and their soft aimbot.
Casual Breakthrough is alright tho

The game is fun, don't get me wrong, but the direction the developers seem to be steering things is pretty grim. Luckily if this one really does shoot itself in the foot we still have the first game

also they should abandon battle royale. it's a stupid gimmick that's past it's prime. the fad is gone

I just beat it and could refund it
but I wont because it's really fun and can be relaxed
