"Dude, i don't know how else to tell you this but this is a problem that can happen when you are being hacked and someone is using razer synapse to DDOS you. The only known solution is to delete System32 and download more ram then try rebooting your computer and download an extra 2.6 TB of disk space to backup up your computer then factory reset and you should be fine. Hope this helped"
