Excellent! Not only faithful to the spirit of the source material, but with enough specific detail to show the kind of nitpicking love that comes best from Star Trek fans. There's pressure to maintain morale and resources, occasional episodic content which can change how you interact with other stories, and it's clear from the development process that the devs want to make this the most comprehensive and quality game they can.

It's very good. Not just a graphical update, the game itself has been reworked in ways that make the civilizations more distinct while keeping the game absolutely fun as hell.

Fantastic game, top to bottom, and there's a very VERY good possibility you do not know what kind of game it is unless you've watched proper gameplay.

Ignore the "Eclipse Credits" thing on the store page, I have no idea what those are or what they're for (I just checked, apparently they're for buying the skins that come with Legendary Edition). Buy the Legendary edition when it's on sale, and have a good time.

Game's got a good foundation. Lotta little glitches to work out with things like voice lines (I've been "losing" a lot of heroes of the Federation when they level up). But boy is there room for growth in a good way.
