I apologize for my absence.

I have had to take a momentary break from the affairs of interpersonal relationships to better improve my mindset going into worldly situations such as the interactions between you and I. Were it not for this break, I fear that my failings as a friend (and associate of romance) would have only been further exaggerated.

Thankfully, the solace I have achieved through solitude has granted me clarity, and I am once again prepared to continue our friendship just as strong and devoted as I once was to it.

I am not sure what you mean by 'Dota 2.'

There are scarce few moments of correspondence between us, but I would appreciate if you took the occasional moment out of your assuredly busy and meaningful days to reciprocate my attempts at conversation.

Again, thank you for the continued friendship, despite how dubious it may sometimes be. I hope we will talk soon.
