What's up, you ask? "Up" is a Pixar movie. But that's probably not what you asked for. So, to answer what's up, we can say that "up" is the opposite of down. And what's down? Well, when we say down, we mean the direction gravity is pulling us towards. So, for you, it's the direction of the addition vector of all the gravitational forces on you.
