The Patchy 最近的评测

It is a short little game, It is worth its price.
The overall theme may be a little bit shallow in its resolution because of how short it is, but won't judge it because of what it is not. It delivers, specially in the visual aspect, as an exploration of what is it about, which managed to trip me up for a moment, so their red herrings may have succeded.

I am ambivalent about it. Some spoilers may follow.

The story is good, it is well told and takes advantage of being a puzzle game making them the central symbolism of a more human story, I loved finding the red envelopes and furthering my understanding of what happened and the fact that they even provide a family tree for reference.

About the gameplay, think it is a really good puzzle box made from smaller puzzle boxes, and it scratched a itch not many games scratch and made me take lots of notes and really pay attention, but i didn't enjoy the rng in this game, although I understand it is a core part of the gameplay that can't be removed.

I finished the game and understood the story at day 25 after some exhaustion as many days went frustratingly bad because of the rng even though I knew what i had to do. After reading the achievements I can't find in me to grind 40 of the bullseye puzzle and so on, without a story tread to pull I don't feel any pull to it.

Why grind in a puzzle game?!

Divertido. Incluso con diez horas continua introduciendo nuevas sorpresas que hacen que cada repetición se sienta fresca y las formas en que debes improvisar tu estrategia de acuerdo con lo que vas encontrando (tomando en cuenta la multitud de medios por los que puedes inclinar la aleatorización a tu favor) ayudan a eso.

Sin embargo, no solo el gameplay logra mantenerse novedoso. Las conversaciones con los jefes y con los personajes de vuelta en la base, la forma en que lentamente la historia se desenvuelve dan una ilusión de un mundo en constante movimiento, un mundo que además se ve y suena muy bien.
