Insanely fun game with great memories of, could play it anytime.

Unfortunately its filled with many hacked lobbies (Not the fun ones) and over the years it seems to have got quite the toxic player base, from people throwing games to constant insults. Its a great game with friends but public games are hit or miss...

If your expecting 2012 again think again, still fun but the hacked lobbies are abundant

I cannot put into words how much I hate Rockstars Launcher and the never ending problems with it no matter how many fixes or times when you think its all fixed and fine give it a random day for it to log you out and will refuse to let you log back in with constant errors. Then with a fresh reinstall it will refuse to open but say its running. The list goes on with it, Great game but awful launcher with awful issues that will never be fixed.

Really bad game in short.
It’s been almost ten years and it’s not out of alpha and will never come out of it. Was a cash grab on consoles and when you try and start a community discussion on it they delete it and give out a warning lmao. Don’t buy this game unless you can get it for cheap cheap.

Great DLC BUT...

Tis a lot of things wrong with it. The Soviet Union is now probably my fav tree and country in HOI but in having so much 'flavour' and new supply system all in one i think the devs bit of more than they could handle.
I'm just gonna put in pros and cons to make it short.

Pros

Great New Tree for Russia. However due to how much has been added makes the game very unbalanced for a late game Russia. (More on this below)

Makes the game feel more real in logistics compared to just only having to build infrastructure however needs some tweaking in a lot of areas.

Tank Designer is great all round and all the combinations makes for interesting new ways to play with them.

Officer Corps is also a great addition from what i have played however this also comes into balancing issues which make playing the soviets for example against Germany very unbalanced.


Cons

So i don't have many its a pretty good dlc that needs some tweaking.

However...

My main problem with this dlc is something perhaps odd to most. With the soviets now having the love they desperately needed this comes at a cost.

The cost being because of this new tree and new systems which was clearly planned around Russia It makes Germany for example even more stronger and the main reason this has happened is Germany which had a pretty decent tree compared to the old soviets now makes it even stronger against them.

But how due to the size difference and other factors. Well Germany has not been changed. Therefore.

They have lots of Officer Corps xp to use constantly due to THEIR MASSIVE PP gain in comparison to the soviets.
They just pick up so much faster than Russia has any chance too as well as the desperate measures focus for the soviets
which is needed to fix the massive debuff for the army.

TLDR----

Good DLC but needs tweaking in areas esp the new supply system.
Germany can now however destroy the soviets very easily due to them not having any changed in comparison to the changes made in this DLC.

Papa Stalin still hot tho.

Made me cry. 10/10 tho..

Better than fortnite.
