Yes you helped your friend but you make the life of other players unplayable. You are a smurf you break the game I'm sorry but if your friend wants to play with you then play with him with your main. After if your friend happens to be DMG he will never play alone and will demender each time of the reboost that ends in an infinite circle: silver -> boost -> make to other a bad game ( and derank like me ) -> DMG -> losing -> derank -> silver -> ...
