Yea there isn't really a story going on that I'm following, but I'm helping rebuild and reclaim the world for my fellow citizens as I wander the world. So that's pretty neat. Beautiful game and 10/10 gameplay so far.

Amazing game. No complaints.

Despite some of it's advanced features it's an ode to classic mmos that came before it. It's a fair bit grindy to level and that experience needs to be worked on a bit, but otherwise the classes all feel very fun and combat is great.

Only 90 minutes in but it's honestly amazing so far. Interesting story with Control-like elements and art themes. It's a bizarre world but the combat is smooth and great, the voice acting is fantastic, the quality and effort is obvious. I kinda wish they made the character movement a little weightier and more realistic, which is my only complaint so far. The audio is great and really helps set the tone.

Game of the Year. Best turn based RPG I've played in a decade with souls like parry/dodge/jumps in combat to completely avoid enemy damage. It's so engaging and so satisfying. BUY THIS GAME!

They don't make'em like this anymore. Very cool story game, amazing environment, great voice acting, deep plot, mysterious, well animated, diverse combat.

A fresh take on the souls-like genre where you seamlessly go between the mortal place and an afterlife world with your magical lantern. Combat feels fairly satisfying and the world is beautiful. These devs really love what they do and their constant and abundant updates show it.
