Vanilla game is alright, but once you add mods and have a lot of memes replacing sounds its better. Once you get tired of that you can replace those with mods that make the sounds more realistic and more PTSD inducing and then put the game to 100% in your volume mixer and then find yourself getting shell shocked in a building surrounded by your dead friends cause of some artillery chose to kill them and leave you at 5hp and then you remember you are in a game cause some random kid has "All star" playing through his mic
