I died to a goldfish?

I kept dying so I ended up digging a below the surface in order to get around without fighting, only to find that things could spawn inside of my tunnel....aaaandddd I panicked. Accidentally threw my axe at the zombie and now I'm stuck without an ax or a way out.

Damn I suck at video games. Literally about the only thing I killed was a penguin and that ended up being friendly anyway. gg sorry penguin. Not gonna lie though, it's pretty fun....when I'm not dead or trapped that is.
