Sunken deep in my worst mistakes,
Under pressure from those whom I once besmirched,
Never shall I ever see the light ever again, I thought to myself.
Seeing how my desires drag me to my eventual downfall,
Everyone knows that I was no longer to be feared.
That was the time when friendship found a way to my true destiny.

So I took my sole chance to make it up to them,
Hoping that they would forget about my awful ways.
In time, I have stood up against all odds and proved my redemption,
Much like the sun that has risen again from the darkest night.
My dark past now behind me, and the bright future awaits for my fulfillment.
Even so, there's still much to learn about the magic that I brought into the world I live in.
Right now, this world is all mine, to protect and prosper.
