Pros:
1. The game has a fun story with some decent twists and interesting characters.
2. The gameplay is fun regardless of the build you are using and the guns feel nice when shooting.
3. Surprisingly most vehicles are predictable and usable, but bikes are absolutely useless.
4. The devs care and have been improving how well the game runs.

Cons:
1. Vehicles can spawn out of thin air if you are walking and flatten you.
2. Crashing when on a bike can:
a) kill you
b) launch you to the sky
c) both
3. Despite vehicles in the world being customized, you have no ability to customize the cars or bikes you buy.
4. The game still does not run as smoothly as you may expect.

Worth a play or two, but only on sale. Still a bit wonky with how it runs.
Overall,I give it 2 Short Circuits and a gonk out of a bag of bananas.
