There aren't many survival games that offer both in a satisfactory way, but Rust is kind of special that way. Fight through the heartache of losing everything, and try to play with a friend. Did you hear that right? A FRIEND. Or two. Don't play in a large group, you douchecanoe.

Takes wallpapers the next level. You can customize darn near everything, and there are so many amazingly well animated ones to choose from.

I have played Minecraft, Starbound, and Terraria, and I honestly believe Terraria is the best value for your money. You can get the game for $2.00 during a good sale, and it's a good enough game that they don't have to do that, Minecraft certainly never does. There's a million things to craft, kill, collect, and explore. I also HIGHLY recommend playing with friends, the experience gets so much more fun! The first time you kill a boss together will be one to remember. Highly recommend this game 8/10.
