After all the patches and updates, Hades 2 is finally out and it sure was worth the wait. There's been many changes from the first game such as the new arsenal of unique weapons, new systems like Arcana and such that help change up runs, dungeons are more uniquely designed and varied, and overall there's a ton more content to sink into. The visuals and soundtrack are absolutely fantastic and easily one of Supergiant's best works they've done which is already an achievement given how amazing the first game was in this as well.

But at the same time since this is a sequel to an amazing rouguelite (and one of my favorites of all time), I kind of wish there was more to differentiate it from the original. Playing through it really does feel like the first game but with more stuff on top, which isn't a bad thing but those who didn't particularly like the gameplay loop of the first won't be seeing much difference here. Still worth playing if your a big fan of fast-paced action rouguelites with an insane attention to detail and polish.

Quite literally one of the best games ever made, bar none. Edit: Still is.

Fun as hell character action rhythm game, eye popping visuals inspired by 2000s cartoons, hilarious and genuine cast, godlike OST (both licensed and not), short but amazing 7 hour ride with huge replayability, full of love and passion, AND its only $30

Atlus / SEGA finally listened after all these years of requests. Thank you for freeing this game from the Vita, it's time to put that thing to where it belongs.
This is definitely a "Golden" future towards ports or even simultaneous releases of their extensive catalog in the coming days. Hint hint, maybe a Persona 3 FES / Portable / Definitive Edition down the line hmmm???

The sequel to the hypest (and freshest) game of pong you'll ever play.

Unless you have a good bandwidth and need a way to game where ever you want in your house, don't bother. Although it's currently super cheap at the time of this review ($2.50 + shipping) you may not find much use for this if you're already able to connect your computer via HDMI to your TV.

Do you like electronic and techno beats? Do you like rhythm games or rail shooters? Then this game is perfect for you.
This HD remaster of the 2002 cult classic Rez is a blast to enjoy for music game fans or to those that just want to see some spectacular light effects although the game is very short even with the new Area X mode (which is to be expected as it is a music game).
Get ready for some sick colorful lightshows, because its about to get bright in here. Don't forget about your VR headset, because that'll just make this wonderful experience 1000x immersive.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it happened, GGXRD on PC!

I love the Guilty Gear series and this is probably my favorite GG yet.

The characters as usual are great and diverse, music is still god-tier, gameplay is more refined and polished from the older titles, and overall the game is amazing. Problems however arise as the netcode is a bit shoddy at the time of this review (It's like a chore to find a functioning match to play, Player matches also have some issues) but other than that the game is fine. For those who have toasters, your in luck as this runs reletively well on said PCs. You can find more information about that in the Steam discussion forums somewhere.
This game was even one of the many reasons I bought a PS4 (and damn was it worth the purchase) but now you can skip the buying a PS4 part and instead grab it on your trusty computer.

In conclusion, this game is worth your money especially if you love fighting games. Even if the newest version REVELATOR comes almost 3 months or so from now, it won't be a big problem as balance changes from SIGN to that are minimal. Go ahead and pick it up. DLC is also free for this month so consider that.

If you ever need someone to fight in Xrd, I'm all for the challenge. Meet you online.

Practiced in the lab for like 2 hours, went online and got bodied as usual. Quit the game and listened to the soundtrack while I cried in my bed. RIDEDALIGHTNING/10.

But seriously, this game is worth your money if you are an avid fighting game fan. Net code can be a bit faulty sometimes but still playable. Let's see if this'll bring us XRD.
