Just play the game bruh. It's obviously a re-imagining of the original, but with a ton of QOL changes and some welcome mechanics from the newer games. Kiwami 3 has the best DE moveset for Kiryu. Recast characters and substory drama shouldn't hamper such a great experience if you stay off the internet.
