A horror puzzle experience like no other. I've never been more scared while also feeling like Sherlock Holmes.

The first Lethal-like that isn't overshadowed by the genre original. REPO is a unique entry to the genre that holds its own, and has that same je ne sais quoi Lethal Company did. Which is to say, it's both fun and hilarious as hell.

Especially if you played the original, this beautiful remake will have you gushing at every step.

I wanted to like this game, but there's several problems. Namely, the combat is really hard, -but- doesn't give you a way to dodge roll, seemingly never gives you I-frames, and you get hurt just by touching an enemy, even if that doesn't make any sense given the enemy. (For example, why should the enemy whose entire moveset is to throw bombs damage you by proximity? By that logic why don't we damage them by proximity?) It's also unreasonably hard to jump over enemies. Oh, and speaking of jumping, the platforming is very floaty and imprecise, making parkour sections borderline unbearable.

I would love to get back and play more of this game if they were to just make the controls a bit tighter and up the combat mechanics to be more playable. As it stands it's a deeply frustrating experience to play. (Also, please, let me turn off the snarky comments every time I respawn -- it gets old fast!)

It's like Pokemon Snap, but genuinely better!

Fun turn-based strategy combat game, authentically presented in the style of medieval illuminated manuscripts. Excellent humor, visuals, and gameplay.
