The most recent VAC ban I've had was caused by this:

CS:GO VAC Bans and CS:GO Game Bans will be applied to all accounts that share the same phone number. See VAC FAQ (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7849-RADZ-6869) for more details.

What is stupid, is that the VAC ban that caused me to get banned again was from 2 years ago, yet they did it anyways. Now I have a different account I play csgo on. Message me if you would ever like to play csgo with me.
