This is a tough one. The game is fun, I enjoy the realism of it, However there are so many things holding this game back.

~Spawns in DM are terrible, and the movement is a little clunky at times which makes smaller
maps a little hard to fluidly traverse.

~When the host decides to quit, which happens often, you don't get anything from the match.

~Some video settings do not save so you have to change them every time you run the game.

~The settings menu is also a nightmare, sometimes not even being able to exit the menu
screens.

~The UI could use a face lift as well, everything is jumbled on the screen, and periodically
overlaps other tags.

~Often times, joining matches is a crap shoot. Sometimes you can join, sometimes you can't.
There is no reason for people to join my lobby as soon as I load the game either..

~Having a custom loadout would be more fun than getting a random one every time you re-
spawn.

$30 is steep for what you're getting, but if done right, this game could be fantastic. It's still pretty good for 2 devs being as young as they are, and hope to see this game shine one day. Some of these issues should have been fixed before releasing though, even in EA.

It's a blast to play when things work correctly and hosts aren't rage quitting matches..

EDIT: Not much has changed over the last month, it's really only fun for a few hours. Maybe in a year I'll come back as I've already missed the refund window in hopes it'd get better.

Pretty big let down, hard to justify a $35 tag when there's not much of a difference between the originals.

Unlike what some of the negative reviews say, this game is great, and has a good progression system. Who cares about the store? People that complain about in-game stores that are only cosmetics, are just trying to find something to complain about. It's COSMETICS... On top of that, I've never had an issue with getting Golden horns, as even regular enemies will drop them now and then, and world events do as well. You also get 3 per Valhalla level you get.

Aside from that, it's really about scavenging materials to get what you need to take on the next boss. Decent crafting with the ability to upgrade stations to further your gear or base. Bosses are a bit easy however, but can still kick your butt if you don't pay attention. Plenty of runes to give you new perks, blessings a plenty, and procedural generation.

For $20, it's a great buy.

Great game that's held back by the terrible AI.

Zoey, just like my Zoe, was the hardest cat to find... Isn't that somethin? Fun for a quick 5-10 minute time waster. And yes, there is a Santa in there...

The original Insurgency was super fun... This one is even better.

I think they've improved just about everything from the original. Can't wait for the Xbox release.

9/10 ~ Enjoy playing for hours

One of the best Tomb Raider games ever made. I grew up playing this on my PSx and PS2. The game is amazing, the design was fun, and the puzzles were good. This game is a classic. The videos are dotted and the game has some bugs (like ♥♥♥♥+tabbing and pushing Escape will freeze the overlay on screen and the game will continue to run but you are frozen)

10/10 - A must buy

The game is pretty good once you learn the controls and the things you can do, like parrying. You will get addicted to the game the more you play it. Tons of enemies, tons of items, tons of places. I really enjoyed this game.

* You will want to play with a controller, the mouse/keyboard setup is pretty crappy *

8/10 - Buy it for the battle that will make you cry.

A 4-pack soundtrack for $1? You obviously need help if you don't see it being worth it. But really, I have NEVER heard such a fricking great soundtrack. Now unfortunately, not all the songs are for me, but all in all, great.

10/10 - Soundtrack worth it. MORE PLEASE. MORE.
