I bought this game for PS5 and it keeps crashing. every time we go to a new area. I barely owned it for 24 hours and cant get 1hr play out it. We have tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall and deleted old save data. Sony suggested a factory reset on our console, but that is extreme. Do you have any other suggestions?
