Solid souls like. Great world and ambiance. Difficulty is good. Bosses are fun, world is inventive.

As a scifi horror lover this game is great :) I'm a big fan of Event Horizon and this combines the gameplay loop of a souls game with that sort of universe.

Fast paced incredibly deep and satisfying 2D action platformer. Very much replayable and the game unfolds as you get deeper and deeper into it's mechanics and world. Easily one of the best rogue-like games out there.

I am completely blown away!

Endless Legends is a high contenter for the best civilization game in the genre. Period. Amplitude Studios has a knack for isolating and improving on the core 4X experience. If you like 4X/civ builders you'll like Endless Legend. Here's why:

- Interesting world story and factions
- Clean and clear game mechanics
- Amazing city building

The world and it's factions all fit nicely into an interesting fantasy setting that is both new and familiar. Before jumping into harder difficulties, I think you'll find a great experience if you play through each factions Faction quest on lower difficulties. You'll get a great taste of the different mechanics and ways to play the game.

Clean and clear game mechanics. Most entrants to the genre use a simple turn timer to communicate when the official game ends. Amplitude brought that mechanic into the world space with the Winter System.

Amazing City Building. I can't stress enough how much I like city building and city placement in the game. Rather than free form city placement, a faction takes over a region. Each region has distinct bonuses for the city and empire and con only hold 1 city. This makes expansion style play easier to manage IMO.

There's so much great in this game I almost regret waiting until the holiday sale to purchase it. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention some of the bads in the review. The UI isn't that great and many of the mechancs have to be fully experienced (play a full game) to be understood.

Overall, this game is worth your 10-40$. Amplitude Studios has shown me 3 times (Endless Space, Dungeons of the Endless and Endless Legends) that they understand strategy players and strategy mechanics. They have a knack for this genre and will give Firaxis a run for it's money with each new release.

Great adventure game/mystery.

Ghost Phantom is a great 3rd person shooter that does a great job of slowing down the action and forcing teams to think tactically about the environment. The upgrading system is very well done.

Great simulation game. If you love games like Civ, you'll love Banished.
