awesome game man, AWESOME
now that being said there ARE bugs if you add-on a bunch of mods (which face it; why else would you get it on PC other than to mod the ♥♥♥♥ out of it? if your gonna play vanilla get the console versions)
for the most part it comes down to the load order of the mods and such so for the most part its all very fixable rather easily.

no as for the game itself, i'm a hughe fallout fan all the way from the first fallout upto and through tactics and even fallout 3 so i'm a bit biased to say the least.
that being said though fallout 4's story is AT TIMES a bit bland or slightly boring ( i would hazard a guess at out of the hundred plus hours of possible game play on first playthough, about 3-4 hours is spent on a fair bit of grinding for equipment, XP, various other things. so relatively a very small fraction is not actually fun)
the amount of side missions alone is rather staggering both is quantity and average time to complete fully.
basically if you liked the other fallout games you should enjoy this one quite a bit; even if your an "over-critical" gamer who thinks games so go out to retail "bug and issue free" (even though that is litterally impossible)
