Como este perfil no tiene nada interesante, os voy a enseñar a hacer churros:
Ingredientes:
200 g de harina de trigo común
250 ml de agua
50g de mantequilla
1 cáscara de limón
Sal al gusto
3 huevos
Aceite para freír
Azúcar para espolvorear
Canela para espolvorear
Preparación:
1. En una cacerola, pon el agua a hervir.
Sazonar con unos granos de sal.
Añade la ralladura de limón y la mantequilla.
Déjalo hervir.
2. En cuanto empiece a hervir retiramos la cáscara del limón y añadimos la harina.
Remueve hasta que se despegue de la sartén.
Colocar la masa en un bol y dejar enfriar un poco.
