Two slices of toast
Oivariini butter-blend, or something similar
2 tsp Ketchup
2 tsp Mustard (1 tsp if using Dijon mustard)
Mayonnaise to taste
1 Lettuce leaf
1 Egg
1-2 slices of bacon / ham slice

Toast the bread and let it cool.
Spread each piece of bread lightly with butter, just enough to fill the holes.
Stack the other slice with ketchup spread, lettuce leaf, sliced egg, mayonnaise and bacon / ham.
Spread the mustard thinly on the other slice of bread and place it mustard side down on top of everything and press the whole sandwich flat with your palm. Wash your hands.
Cut the bread into two triangles

Best enjoyed with hot and sweet tea.
