I'm sorry you suffer like that. I myself struggle with autism and unhealed traumas, and it's been extremely difficult to know what to do about it. I'm angry pretty much all of the time. The ways I think and feel make me feel like an awful, unlovable person. But I'm trying to heal and not let the voice of despair keep me down.

I hope her health doesn't decline any further. Hey, if you enjoy your work, then that seems good enough! tbh I have no idea how to be happy. I've been on a massive downward spiral the past few years. Have you ever felt like a failure and didn't want to be here? Not to get too dark.
