yea its alright i guess

I think it's important to start with the fact that I 100% completed the game before writing this review. I didn't think that it would be fair to write a negative review like this unless I experienced everything this game has to offer. As a Star Wars fan, and as someone who has a lot of nostalgia for the older games, I couldn't help but enjoy playing the game. However, the game is so brain dead easy that I could feel myself drooling throughout my playthrough. It is chock full of padding, and just straight up non gameplay that I don't think this is an experience for someone new to Lego games or Star Wars can enjoy. I know this is a game for kids, and I don't expect every game to be Dark Souls level difficulty, but it's pathetic how much of this game can be skipped, failed, or played with your eyes closed and still win. They made an effort to make the combat more complex, but made the enemy encounters so easy that it's impossible to die, and you can just stand and press X over and over again with your eyes closed. You can skip/fail the "puzzles" in the game and still win. It's sad. I hate this idea that kid's media doesn't have to be well written, or slightly challenging. The older games were harder than this, but we all look back on them fondly. Kids aren't going to stop playing because it's hard. If they like the game, they'll keep playing.

Game is great, The game is extremely fun and the developers are making it clear that they are determined to turn this game into an even better experience than it is now. They are still (unfortunately) fixing the server issues and are continually adding content and adjusting the mechanics in the game to keep it balanced and increasing the fun for everyone.

Unfortunately, the PC version of this game is completely unplayable. I was so hyped and excited for this game, but i wasn't even able to complete the tutorial because of how poorly this game runs on PC. I have a beefy setup, and the Special K injector fixes aren't working for me. With the terrible state this game is in, I can't give this game a good review. I could at least play NieR Automata without issues.

I'll change my review if the game ever gets fixed.

The only thing that would make this game better is if the community could make levels and share them over steam.

this game is straight up garbage

I can't play this game while Denuvo is a mandatory installation. A game I recently bought, that I wanted to continue playing as new content and events continued to come. Another great game with an extremely strong launch ruined by Bethesda. It hurts giving it a bad review.

UPDATE: they finally removed Denuvo. I can finally play this game again, and give this game a good review.
