Ordered our meal online and were sent the wrong order. Rang the help line who couldn't help and didn't care. Offered a refund which will take a week apparently. No offer to have our meal resent. What a useless level of service for this day and age. Only used this service twice and wrong both times. Do not use kfc delivery. You will be disappointed. KFC need to take responsibility for their hired workers when they make mistakes. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!
