I recommend Outlaws of the Old West if you understand that early access means imperfect. I feel the polish on a two week old early access game is decent. While I have experienced bugs, any major ones seem to have been addressed fairly quickly. The patches are daily and the dev team is active. As is, Outlaws is a fairly bare bones survival with promise. I assume things like the material grind and the bandit gangs will go through many changes. There are already interesting ideas announced in the near future. If you are waiting for perfection hold off for a while but if you don't mind watching a game grow and playing around while it does check it out.
