Proudly sits on my Mount Rushmore of games! If you are debating picking this up, just do it.

Super fun realistic warfare simulator. Fights in this game are super engaging as they don't happen frequently (so it really puts you in the moment). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a change from the classic COD/CSGO/BF for a more realistic and strategically paced experience.

Pros

Amazing semi-realism in the game - mechanics like the map, being able to hear enemy comms (proximity chat and stealing enemy radios to hear their comms) are super immersive and really bring you into the moment.

Gunplay - when engagements do happen its very thrilling in a weird way. The non-frequency of gun fights brings you right into the moment in a way other games simply don't do (excluding other military sims of course).

Comms Engagement - almost all players use in game comms to communicate which really allows you to implement strategy.

Performance - Game isnt super hard to run at all.


Cons

Due to the realism aspect will be hard for new players (not used to the genre) to learn the ropes.

Game can be boring at times, sure the quiet times make the gunplay fun but this can sometimes make the gameplay loop boring at times and restrict playability to a degree.

Almost impossible for people to see a game from start to finish (due to how long they take - multiple hours) which due to no scoreboard, means that for most people there's no real way to see a feed of how you have performed (in terms of kills, assists, score...etc) .

Best free to play Battle Royale game out there at the moment and has been for years!

Pros:

Gunplay - its fun, fast and engaging. There's motivation to snipe and also to push

Easy to Run (Might not be 100% toaster friendly but perhaps a more advanced toaster of a PC can easily run this)

Still active - Game has been out for a while and still has a strong core player base!

Cons:

Only one major con is that the free to play aspect of this game has made trying the different legends in the game out impossible as they are locked and the red currency used to buy them is very time consuming to acquire as a new player - I am 300 hours in, have bought 3x battle passes over my time playing the game and still don't have anywhere close to all the legends in the game.

Sandwich Simulator - Not a con of the game and more a skill/luck issue but I get third partied almost every engagement I have! Which for some will get annoying for sure!

Best AAA FPS to drop in a while! Loving the game, just wish the maps had more diversity (we need water maps and also larger maps) and were more numerous!

• You can still skate and do tricks. The core boardfeel and tricking are intact, so you can still play and have fun.
  
• Seeing other players is nice. Like Skate 3, having shared spaces add some background energy and seeing players rather than AI of my Xbox 360 friends from 10 years ago makes a nice change.
  
• It’s free. Free is always great! So definitely worth giving it a shot if you're on the fence.

• Coach Frank swapped for Vee (an AI robot). Feels like a total mismatch—like Vee was ripped from another EA Sports title and pasted in. You didn’t need Frank specifically, but it feels like EA could of literally just grabbed a local skater off of the street to do the VO, and it would feel more authentic to skate culture.
  
• Soulless, disconnected vibe. The loop plays like “go here, do this,” while a robot compliments your tricks. The art style doesn't help at all, everything feels washed and corporate In older skate titles, free roam and spontaneous fun were encouraged—and it felt like you were part of a scene.
  
• No lively NPCs. No cops, no angry pedestrians, no chaos—just a sterile sandbox.
  
• Iconic challenges gone. Where’s Hall of Meat? Fun challenges like breaking every bone in your characters body gave the series personality.
  
• Soundtrack = corporate slop. The vibe is more “innovative shared office space” than skate session. Bring back tracks that actually sound good even if you just copy and paste the Skate 3 or skate 2 soundtrack

If you loved the messy charm, gritty vibe, and spontaneous energy of older Skate titles, this polished new entry will probably not hit the same notes and may leave you cold.

My Favourite Total War Game!

If you love amazing cinematic details, dealing with thousands of Hunnic armies (not an understatement), history and just want to release your primal urge to cosplay a Roman general overlooking thousands of his men turn into human porcupines (due to millions of arrows and not a magic spell) - all in real time! Look no further, this game is for you!

Two words. "Great Wallpapers".

Pros
-Something fun to play in your spare time
-Offers a challenge
-A level of strategy is needed for competitive
-Get to experience Russian cultre (if you arent fluent in Russian and squating while drinking Vodka after a month of playing this game your money back)
-Players arguing makes for good entertainment

Cons
-Devs sometimes make stupid decisions like making guns op howver this is only temporary
-Very rage inducing ( but like I said earlier it's funny listening to others rage untill it happnes to you and ou end up hitting your desk continually)
-A lot of d****head players that think they're pro or keep mic spamming (howver thats what a mute key was made for eh)



Would recomend this game to someone with anger issues just to see their reaction.

-DLCs like the napoleonic dlc allow you to explore diffrent eras and join regiments where you can play in competitive 200 player line battles

-If paying for dlcs isnt your thing you can always download 1 of the 1000s of amazing mods made for this game

-Campaign in the base game and in the Viking DLC will get you hooked. You go from it just being you with a wooden club to having a massive army and owning the entire map

I would recomend anyone who likes history, startegy or just something to play when you're bored to buy this game, I have 500+ hours in thsi masterpiece of a game that serves as evidence of how good Mount and Blade Warband is.

Amazing game however does need some tweaks.

Pros
-The campaign is immersive like in any other Total War game as you need to strategically mannage what you should spend money on and you need to do things to prevent rebelions, also there is a foriegn diplomacatic part to the game where you can mannage things like who to trade with and who not to.

-Massive battles with lines simultaneously firing is beautiful, this game is a must get if you have a decent pc and like cinematic battles ( can be made to look better through mods)

-Large battles can be fought in water with ships or on land with lines/arty/cav both are dependant on strategy and the cinematics are beautiful

-Wide range of mods for this game keeps the fun going such as darthmod, the zulu mod..etc


Cons
- Musket sound are a bit patheitc in the vanilla game (but this can be solved witha mod)

-Campaign could have a few more aspects put into in to it like prisoners of war,more creative ways of dealing with unrest in a city like executing the leader or something like that

-An army cant kill or capture a spy or a gentleman

-Economics of the game could be more in depth

-Minor nations have little to no unique units

-No custom upgrades for generals however they pick up traits over time

-When it comes to goverment or town leaders (ministers..etc) the player has no control or the aspect is non existant
