Windward Horizons takes everything that made the original Windward compelling and cranks it up significantly. The added depth and complexity really shine through - there's so much more to explore and master compared to the base game. The expanded systems give you plenty to sink your teeth into, and I found myself constantly discovering new mechanics and strategies.

That said, it's clear this is still an indie production. There are some rough edges scattered throughout - certain components feel underdeveloped or don't quite mesh seamlessly with the rest of the experience. A few elements stick out as needing more polish or refinement.

But here's the thing: for what they're asking, you really can't go wrong. The price point is incredibly fair for the amount of content and improvement you're getting. Even with its indie quirks, Horizons delivers solid value and meaningfully enhances the Windward formula.

Fun and Promising Co-op Experience (With Some Rough Edges)

I've been having a great time with Cubic Odyssey! There's definitely room for improvement, but the core gameplay is engaging, and there's a lot to explore and enjoy. Multiplayer is up and running, which is a big plus—but keep in mind that quest progress isn’t shared yet, so it's not quite seamless co-op.

If you're planning to play with a friend, I recommend you each progress to the ship part on your own first—or at least gather all the resources around the crash site before teaming up. It'll save some confusion early on.

Not worth the $50 price tag in its current state.

Primarily played this cooperative, the concept has potential, but the clunky interface and frequent bugs hold it back from being truly enjoyable. If the developers polish the UI and address the technical issues, it could be worth revisiting. For now, I’d recommend waiting for a deep discount—around $20 feels more appropriate given the current experience.

This game gives me strong early Fallout vibes—minus the craziness, but with a much darker sci-fi twist and some spine-chilling elements. The scenery feels incredibly real, and the environment is full of life, making every corner feel alive and immersive. Outlawed is an absolute blast, drawing clear inspiration from COD’s DMZ mode while carving out its own identity. The gameplay runs deeper than expected, with satisfying weapon upgrades, unlocks, and plenty of progression to keep you hooked. At just $15, it’s a steal, especially if you bring a friend or two. Grab your gear and enjoy the ride!

Feels like a classic single-dev project, which it is, bringing back memories of the early days of 7 Days to Die. The potential is there, but it has a long way to go to reach a higher standard. Since it's not in Early Access, I worry it may never get there.

That said, the sound design is surprisingly effective. Some audio levels are off, but it nails a creepy atmosphere, especially at night—you constantly feel like something is lurking behind you.

If you enjoy rough-but-promising indie survival games, this one might be worth a look. Just know what you're getting into.

Priced right, if you are looking for tower defense game, where you play as Robin Hood and shoot a bunch of arrows while managing the defenses and resources each round then look no further.

The Delta Force Black Hawk Down campaign is tough, but a lot of fun. We've ran into some minor bugs here and there, but since resolution the game has been great. I do think it requires 3-4 people to be successful or a hell of a lot of skill, which I do not have.
