spent 4 hours so far, already feels more like diablo than diablo 3 or 4 did.

It was really fun with my friends to play it. i wasnt so good but i had the spirit :D

Probably the best social vr game out there. No other social vr game has the playerbase, nor the content, to justify playing them. Yeah its got eac. No i dont care. thats ancient news anyways. I have more than 2000 hours, just the other 3 or 4 thousand are on the oculus store version because i played that version for a long time before i got my vive.

I now have 6 trackers, an index, a vive, a quest 2, and about 2000 friends, with about 100 online at any given time. I love this game


update: a few years later. The above? cringe. also, this in a few years? cringe too. thats the meta i guess. anyways, this ♥♥♥♥ is still fun as ♥♥♥♥, especially when you can join people at any given time

The world feels extremely lifelike. It feels like im driving around a GTA game, mixed with DEUS EX, mixed with some borderlands-esque hijinks.

My one complaint? I cant see over the damn steering wheel...

Listen. Its a soon to be loot box filled enjoyment paradise. Get the game now, dump it when they add loot boxes.

Listen. Beatsaber sucks with the index controllers. Also, you rarely ever have to actually 'move'.

In this game? You will MOVE. You are feeling like john wick, and james bond, all in one, while jumping between beats. I have played this game for 18 hours, I am around 500th in the world on 3 different songs. Around 1000th in the world for the rest. I play all the time. You shoot people to the beat, and smack people with your arms. If these guys would hire me to do 3d modelling for them, I would develop for them in a heartbeat. I love this game. Id even give them the songs off my soundcloud to put into it, if they wanted (eh, i dunno, theres a couple beats in there i made that are pretty cool, call me biased but...) This game, is fun, forces you to work out, and is great to play. There are a few small problems I have, such as understanding what certain settings do, being able to move my start point, in case I dont want to punch my TV, etc. Theres a few small things.

But the big, is good. These guys have something great on their hands. I dont know if they are trying to add modding tools, for people to use their own libraries (offline...ya know....that way the company doesnt have to take responsibility) but if they did, it would be bigger than beat saber. This game feels like its made for the index controllers. After I reset my computer, this was the first VR game I installed.

I recommend the software but heres some reasons i dont recommend the steam version

The steam version doesnt check to see if you have unsaved changes, it just quits. BE VERY CAREFUL, ALWAYS SAVE

The steam version sometimes lags behind in updates, installing addons can be a hassle through steam.

Other than that, its a good version, but hey, if you want a second version, or want to track your progress, i guess this is the right version for you!

I love it. Was it missing stuff on launch? Yes. Is it still missing some promised things? Also yes. But did the staff eventually buckle down and deliver a game in a playable state? Yes. Should the effort be rewarded now? Yes, Should this have happened in the first place? No. Life is how life is, and its unplanned and unexplained. My only wish is for people to play with me :(
