This game shines the most when you’re with friends — or at least that’s what I would say if Trios wasn’t a sweaty PVP warzone. Duos is a bit more forgiving, with a decent mix of PVE and moderate PVP. And with how brutal the ARC is on solo players, most people end up teaming up on the fly… though you’re never truly safe from someone deciding to go full gremlin mode on you.

Despite the psychological warfare that comes with PVP, the game is weirdly addictive. Any strategy you think you’ve perfected to cheese the AI suddenly stops working, forcing you to adapt unless you want to get folded immediately. Getting knocked doesn’t mean you’re out — you can still crawl, clutch, and extract like a champ.

There are so many “oh ♥♥♥♥” moments that it keeps pulling you back in for one more run. Then another. And another. Arc Raiders just has that hook.

Maybe the game's good, maybe it isn't but as soon as I got to the extrovert shop I alt F4 and uninstalled. It's obvious what kind of game loop this is going to be and I'm not interested. Also after I uninstalled this game I'm gonna have to figure out how to uninstall Javelin as well an extra step that I don't feel like I should have to do but whatever. That's my hot take no other outside opinions just my first thoughts.

I played this game for under two hours and then returned the game because there was a weird audio glitch in the snow scene. it's a known bug and they refuse to fix it so until that day comes I will not be playing this game. steam return. I'm becoming increasingly wary to games that were ported from console to PC. If you have a console get this game it's an amazing game. They're just not ready for the PC space.

As an ardent admirer of F.E.A.R. 3 on the PS3, I was eagerly awaiting its arrival on the PC. However, my anticipation quickly turned into frustration as I discovered that the game was primarily designed with mouse and keyboard controller prompts in mind, leaving those of us who prefer to use a controller high and dry.

The challenge of using a controller with non-corresponding prompts was a significant obstacle to overcome, forcing me to adapt to a new control scheme that seemed to undermine the game's intended mechanics.

Nonetheless, the game itself is a marvel of action, executed with such intensity and pace that I found myself sucked into the story's immersive world. The horror elements were equally impressive, deftly conjuring an atmosphere of dread and excitement that kept me on the edge of my seat.

It's a shame then that the lack of controller prompts on the PC version is such a letdown, as it detracts significantly from the overall experience. It's frustrating to have to adjust to a noninformative control scheme, and the lack of mods or workarounds compounds the issue.

Still, once I overcame the obstacle of the control scheme, I was able to appreciate the game on its own merits. It's not a flawless addition to the F.E.A.R. series, but it's a strong one that fans of the franchise should check out. Overall, while the lack of controller prompts is a substantial drawback, it's not significant enough to detract from the game's overall quality, and I would recommend F.E.A.R. 3 to anyone looking for a challenging and immersive horror-action game.

Take-Two Interactive has consistently killed any efforts by the modding community to improve the game. Recently I discovered that the VR mod was removed because of Take-Two Interactive legal action against the developer. If you have a super ultra-wide screen and the developers of Take-Two Interactive did not want to add support for that you might want to mod support for that, but guess what they might shut that down.

If you're a PC Gamer you're automatically the type of person that likes to have more control versus someone who plays a console. If GTA 6 ever comes out it'll just be more of the same.
