Her Boon Circle of healing (currently disable but will be enabled in like a patch today.) allows you or others to heal yourself at 100%, aka same as medkit or someone healing you. It used to stack in PTB but was very OP.
Shadowstep hides your Aura and Scratchmarks whiles in it's AoE, and lingers for a few seconds after leaving.

Honestly, they're very interesting perk ideas, although a lot of people don't like how they were activated.

Her last one is Clairvoyance which basically lets you see things like Exit gate, Gens, Chests and Hatch within a certain area when you hold M2 for upto like 10 seconds. You have to cleanse a totem to use it and once those seconds are up you got to cleanse another.
This perk was bugged where it lets you push other players which was funny as hell.
