Fantastic and fast paced rogue like, feels very satisfying and rewarding when you learn the mechanics and pull of sick combos. Very synergetic character building and satisfying meta progression.
Thats from somebody who ususally dont play many rogue likes but this game makes me want to check other games of that genre out eventually!

Update: 0.2 is great. I really like the combo based playstyle and increased difficulty. I hope GGG will continue this path. I got sick of boring and mindless one-button builds of PoE1, would probably never touch PoE1 ever again.



Exceeding all expectations. Finally a game that combines the great debth and theorycrafting of Path of Exile with the engaging gameplay of Diablo titles. I hope GGG won't turn it into an autobattler like they did with PoE1 . Its fun but the gameplay of only clicking a single button to clear out a whole map is something that made me stop playing it after a while.

Path of Exile 2 is truly a masterpiece and although I only played for 14 hours, I'm very positive that if the general direction of the game don't make a 180° turn it has the potential to dethrone Diablo 2 for the title of being the best ARPG of all time.

In meinen Augen in fast allen Belangen das bessere Diablo 3 bzw der "Wahre" Nachfolger von D2.

Paar Sachen die D3 besser machen:
- Grafik, Feeling
- Soundtrack

Und das wars.

Path of Exile bietet in Sachen Komplexität und wiederspielwert alles, was Diablo und Diablo 2 so großartig gemacht haben. Ein riesiger Skillbaum, viele verschiedene Builds, die NICHT vom Spiel vorgegeben werden und eine schön düstere Atmosphäre. Nur zu empfehlen!
