Has a good feel to it. Very fun to race. Something about the physics seem well done and natural. But the multiplayer is an issue. Players freeze the loading and then nobody can do anything (can't even exit the session or lobby), so you have to restart the game.
The ranking system is a bit underwhelming. You get penalized for others ramming you. Can't really dig yourself out of that whole once you've in the lower ranks.
When you're in a good lobby though, there's nothing more fun than this.
