This game still needs some love, but has released in a great state overall and the developers stay engaged with the community.

This is a mobile game brought to Steam to help draw in more players. However, it can be played from a browser or your phone and it is essentially the same. Real economy with players from around the world. No pay-to-win features and this has stayed consistent for many years. There are some cosmetics to buy and you can speed up staff training and construction, but it is not possible to buy any additional money.
You grow a company from the ground up and can earn some achievements along the way to help advance your progress. Work with other player company's to make deals to buy and sell various goods. There is always the freedom to change your business at any time and has been made much simpler through building auctions update. This game is meant for the long-term player who will build and develop their business.
There are a lot of tutorials for new players built-in, and in-general, most players are very helpful through the in-game chat rooms. Active developer who deeply cares about their game.

I've had this game for a long time and it still misses the mark heavily. Performance and bug issues greatly ruin the experience. Might be something to revisit in another year, if it is still worked on.

Top notch Hitman game.

I've put in numerous hours on this game across a couple accounts. I wasn't sure if I would stay interested long enough to buy it myself, but wow was I wrong. The replayability in this game, number of great mission and mod makers, and continued development by Bomhemia is impressive.

This game is immensely better with friends or a small group with so many co-op and team based missions. Then you have in-depth role-play in multiple life servers and other great options.

The devs of the game seem highly capable in Unity and its development. In addition their dedication seems in place as well. Despite bugs on release, I feel support from alpha testers will help immensely for a small 4 person team. For an early access game I would consider it moderately polished, which is good for even the many bugs still in the gameplay and a few graphics issues.

Probably what I am most excited about/anticipating for this game is the Co-op play. The devs sound excited for it and it honestly made me more anxious to get my hands on it. Hope it comes soon because I can see it being a lot of fun :)
