This game is a lot of fun and makes you feel like a literal god. At least a little bit later down the line.
The game takes its time to get started so to speak and you will need to have some hours in the game before you become the gigachad you always wanted to be. Once you get there the game becomes even better and you will have a lot of fun with it. Now if it ever becomes too easy the developer has recently added new content that is designed to be much harder.

All in all, pretty good game.

Before I couldn't play this game right, but with DSFix this game is amazing.
There are some issues with the network, but all in all it's an amazing experience.
If you don't like it, you probably just need to git gud :^)

I finally have my life back.

I felt bad for pirating this, so I bought it.
Really fun to make a game called Call of Duty and have it flop with a score 1.5 and having a game called Outside be a masterpiece and your best seller.

I tried playing it, I saw I had to register, well, that's not a bad thing as many MMORPGs do this.
But then when I filled in all the details, I clicked on register aaaaand... nothing happened!
I didn't even play the game yet and I'm already googling on how to register for this game, that uh... that's a new one.
Either way, I ended up being able to register for an account on their company website, so at least I can get in.
Now when I logged in it presented me with a queue of over 30 minutes and I deemed it not worth the wait.

I'll soon try playing again and see if I can get it in, but the fact alone that I had to google on how to register for this game already warrants a negative review.

This game is simply awesome.
You're a badass cyborg ninja fighting ridiculously over the top monsters and other cyborg ninjas.
And the game is HARD and that's only on hard difficulty.
After completing the game once or after using the konami code on title screen it unlocks very hard and revengeance difficulty. These 2 modes are simply rape and you will love it.

A common con listed by people is that the game doesn't explain stuff, however this is only partially true.
You actually have to go to the level selection screen and play the rest of the tutorials.
And this is a thing you REALLY want to do, if you don't, you're going to get your ass handed to you for a while.
It does however add more of a challenge to the game since you have to find it out yourself.
But I advice you to at least do the blademode tutorials, because if you don't, the final boss is going to be basically impossible.

I bought it in sale and I can safely say that this is the best 5 euro I've ever spent.
Unless you hate awesomeness and being a general badass, whatever you do, pick this game up.

I rate this game an honest 9/10

A fun MMORPG to play with your friends.
The art style is great and it's generally fun to play, the only problem I have is that it's not really well optimized.

X-Blades is a fun hack and slash game with a few flaws.

The pros:

• It's fairly long.
  
• The world looks good with a kind of cartoony style.
  
• It has multiple story paths.
  
• Quite a bit of different skills you can choose from.
  
• You're looking at ass all day ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

The cons:

• Higher difficulty is just more spam, you're often stun locked by the constant damage animation because about 15 enemies are attacking you non-stop.
  
• The game has extra DRM. Which I couldn't properly activate with my CD key and I ended up downloading a cracked exe instead. It normally tells you to contact support on some dead forum and I didn't feel like waiting 2 weeks for an answer.
  
• At some point in the game the audio just craps out, however this could be because of the crack I installed.
  
• Some things like healing end up becoming ridiculously overpriced in the end-game, where you need them.

Despite the flaws, I had a lot of fun with this game.
Pick it up if you like hack and slash games and definitely pick it up in sale.

Okay, spoiler alert: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!!
Oh God, where to start? This has made me so FREAKING MAD.
Now disregard the 0 hours I have on this, I have about 24 hours in the patched uncensored Japanese version.
It uses the same translation as the steam version and the adult scenes are fan translated.

Now the "company" called Moenovel has made a "translation" of this game, or it should be.
The translation is outright terrible! I don't know what incompetent idiots they hired, but they sure as hell aren't translators.
About a good 20 hours into the game, it simply gets really really bad, they're mixing up names.

A few examples are:
1) At some point they're having dinner and they translate "Hai-yo", which means "(yo) sure", but translated it as "Mornin'" instead.

2) "Amane plus knife equals dangerous... You take care of her, Aoi!" And instead of Aoi, she mentioned Kana.

3) Masatsugu: "Ou- Ouch! Ah! Ageha!" which should be "Oh, over there! Heeeeey! Agehaaaa!"

4) (This is seriously the next line) Ma-bou is Masatsugu's nickname "Huh? Geez, you're such a baby! And so is Kumoi."
which again should be "Oh hey, if it isn't Ma-bou! And Akari is here too." (Akari is the first name of Kumoi.)

5) And this isn't the last time they misinterpret "ita ita" as "Ouch!", such is the case here: "Ummm... Ah! Ouch!" which again should be "Ummm... Ah! Over there!"

6) They also can't tell remarks apart from questions, such as translating "uaa, honto da!" as "Wow, really?" instead of "Wow, it really is!".

7) Again mixing up names: "Habane-san wa?" as "And Aoi?" instead "Habane is?" or "Kotori is?", since they always mention her by her first name for some reason.

8) Again a simply idiotic mistranslation here "Are te...?" as "Arrrrgh" instead of "Isn't that...?".

9) Did I also mention these people can't speak English? "Did you forget about that those legs of yours?"

10) "Do you have a twin?" instead of "Where are the twinsisters?" After that our protagonist talks about ramen,
but since he doesn't have a voice and I don't have the Japanese text here I am not sure what it said, but he completely fails to mention anything about the twins here in English.

So I mentioned 10 points in a game timespan of about 30 minutes! BUT THAT'S NOT FREAKING ALL!
There is much more! I guess they somewhat made the beginning a bit less bad,
since that only consists of mistranslations and typos.
After the 22 hour mark they just plainly give up and put whatever crap they can come up with there.
I suppose they didn't expect anybody to read this for more than 20 hours anyway.

Is this what the visual novel scene has come to?
Translations made by incompetent idiots that do a worse job than google translate?
Apparently yes, if you scroll up you can see that this game has a "very positive" rating, VERY FREAKING POSITIVE!
Either the players of this are very forgiving and hope the next VN translation is going to be better or steam just hates quality.

Now enough about the translation, for the game itself it PAINS me to not being able to recommend this.
It's such a lovely novel, the characters are very cute and likeable, has a good story that keeps you interested and the art is great!
I really love this novel, but that's exactly why I can't let this pass. The company has to pay for this pathetic excuse for a translation.
So if you want to support the VN, buy the Japanese version instead, but not this one.

And as you might have seen, this one has been majorly censored, anything "adult" is censored out.
They even censored the kissing scenes! CENSORED! KISSING! That's ridiculous!
There is a patch to uncensor the steam version, but it's very buggy. Which is the reason I decided to download the Japanese version instead.

So yeah, if you want to support a localization company, support Sekai Project or Manga Gamer instead.

This game is my kind of game, it doesn't cater to the casuals and doesn't make it easy for you (and reward you for doing practically nothing like a king).

Not even 20 minutes in the game I am faced by the first boss and BAM, I'm stuck for longer than it took me to get there.
This is A-MA-ZING, it tries to give you a hard time whenever it can, although I do admit some of the later bosses are pretty easy.

If you're in for a game that is genuinely hard and has a nice combat system, then this is a game for you.
If you're a fan of the dark souls series, then this is also a game for you.
