This game is a cool concept, but it gets dull very quickly. I understand how time consuming it is to come up with fake emergencies, but there are very few in total and they get repetitive. If the community could create emergencies and add them, that would add a lot of depth to the game. I like how you can download maps of your town, but my town is too small to add and can not be added.

The response times are unrealistic. Maybe the game timer should be sped up, but anything less than a 10 minute response time for EMS at least in my experience is alright.

EMS could use an overhaul. There should be a difference between ALS vs BLS trucks, and for each emergency we should decide which to send. There could be an indicator of whether it is an emergency requiring ALS. There should also be a fire rehab unit that is dispatched to any fire, not just ones with injuries. The goal of this fire rehab unit is to make sure the firefighters are OK and not getting too much CO poisoning or other injuries.

The campaign is alright. It's nice how we can unlock different cities as it adds objectives, but in the future I would hope for more interesting features.

Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone interested in this type of game. As far as I know it's the only game of this type. If you watch the trailer and think it's cool you will probably find it fun. The radio communication aspect of this is nothing like real life, but that part is not supposed to be realistic.

Even without the penises, this game would be one of the best local multiplayer games there are. It's like a more fun version of gang beasts for 1/5 the price. I got it for $2.50 but $5 is still a steal.
