Top: sukur.

Ger soleiðis:

Hita cream við appelsin + kardamommu.

Píska cream cheese, sukur, egg, vanilla.

Hella heita cream í (spakuliga).

Í ramekins, baka í vatnbaði 160°C ~30 min.

Køl 3 tímar.

Sukur omaná → brenn við torch.
