3 średnie lub duże jajka
50 g plasterków boczku surowego wędzonego
1 płaska łyżka masła klarowanego - do 10 g
mała garść szczypiorku
ewentualnie szczypta soli i pieprzu

Na trzy jajka daje zazwyczaj około 50 gramów boczku surowego wędzonego. Tym razem użyłam boczku pokrojonego w cienkie plasterki. Takie plasterki pokroiłam dodatkowo na kawałki na jeden kęs i umieściłam na suchej i zimnej patelni. Jeśli masz boczek w kawałku, to przed wyłożeniem na patelnię pokrój go w drobną kosteczkę. Zacznij nagrzewać patelnię na średniej mocy palnika. W ciągu kilku minut tłuszcz z boczku zacznie się wytapiać, a boczek lekko się zarumieni.
