There's a guy by the name of Carlos or Curtis that works there that is very unprofessional and also it was supposed to be a female manager named Denise the issue that I was having was very easy to solve but these two individuals were very rude starting with Carlos or Curtis and then Denise was supposed to be the manager and she hung up in my face customer service is really bad and Denise said that there is no one else over them I believe she's lying

The guy who answers the phones and checks you in at the front desk is by far one of the rudest people I have encountered. He seems like he hates his job and he shouldn’t be working in customer service by any means. I’m nice to him every single time just for him to be rude and snarky. He’s the reason I don’t go there everyone else is wonderful.
