More arcade racer than a Monster Truck sim, which I suppose is to be expected for a Monster Jam game, but I'd personally a more realistic approach. Lots to unlock and do for an initial play-through at least, and even though the game modes aren't that unique, I am still enjoying going through it. I do not see much replay-ability if you're not into multiplayer however.

Perfect Team and game modes like them are cancer and I'm glad it's apparently not that good and seems to the subject of most negative reviews. Hopefully they kill it but I doubt it.

That said, the core game is as incredible as ever and Perfect Team has not diminished it (yet). OOTP Baseball is what every simulation game should strive to be with it's depth and customization.

I mostly just play career but it's challenging and engaging enough for me to come back to. Online is mostly dead. My biggest gripe is "rivals" in career mode. You nudge someone one too many times and those AI will intentionally bump you forever in the future. Which leads to the fact that you can never get back on good terms since even if you're racing clean your rivals will start ♥♥♥♥ and eventually have to get dumped for being obnoxious thus leading them to hate you even more.

Requires a decent amount of brainpower while still being a great game to play on the side and to kill time. Workshop submissions give the game unlimited replay-ability, placing this in the top 1% of free to play options on Steam.

Another homerun and the gold standard of sports management games. While not a fan of the "Perfect Team" type game modes that have seemed to drive mainstream franchises like Madden away from delivering a thorough franchise experience, OOTP has not strayed away from what makes this game fantastic while implementing additional game modes that may appeal to others. I question your baseball fandom if you're a even a semi-casual PC gamer that doesn't own a OOTP title.

You get 100 tokens when you start a game. You can bet 1-5 per hand. When you run out, you start a new game. There's no game modes or multiple hand settings though there is a leaderboard and the ability to save/continue games to keep your token total. I got it for 50c and put in a couple hours while working. Hands seem genuinely random and it functions fine. So if you want to just play endless video poker without losing real money to kill some time it's worth it. If you're expecting anything deep or overly engaging, you will be let down.

After only an hour and 2 minutes, I am confident in saying that given the price this may very well be the best purchase on Steam.

Too many bugs, awful AI, game freezes (on entrance especially) and other issues with too few lack of patches/updates focused on anything beyond DLC. Enjoyable when functioning. Functions 70% of the time at best.

I played for 9.1 hours straight first time playing it. 10/10

Undoubtedly the best dwarf mining game on the market.
