Did a full system reinstall of Windows, 2070S Driver Reinstall, ended up that Steam was causing Tekken to act up because I didn't update a couple of unrelated games. Sorry for the issues!

Might wanna restart your modem or something because I can see someone way butt hurt buggin and calling foul. Most of your stuff was clean enough but then you had some spurts of some spazzy lag that made some of DJ's stuff a bit weird to look at.
